Believe in Better!
The resources that I have produced have helped thousands of people to start a journey towards living the life that they have dreamed of. And it is easy to begin.
The workbook was always a starting point when working with my clients. But now, all of those learnings have been packaged into the quintessential guide to building your own plan to Live Your Dream Life!
Living Your Dream Life
The book is here!
This book is about is redirecting your thoughts.
What I mean by this is getting you to focus on what is really important in your life and getting you to confront questions about how much time you really spend nurturing what it is that makes you, you.
And that will be confronting for most people.
In order to do that, we need to understand how we, we humans, think about things.
How things, like having a home we are happy with, make us feel and why.
Investigating lifestyle factors is really critical. If we don’t have our own definition of success, (that may or may not be dependent on how successfully we use our money), then how do we know if we are, in a position, to be happy or not?
This book will become as you read it, all about you. By identifying, with this book as a guide, what the priorities are in your life, you will have a framework to, dare I say it, live your dream life.
The book allows you to explore how you feel about your life state as you are guided through the key life areas from work to family, from your health through to relationships. At the end of each chapter you can self-assess from an informed place what the current state of play is for each life area and what it is that you want in the future.
Then you need to rank their priorities. Then things get tough. We ask you some challenging questions that really turn things on their head. By facing these questions you will realise what is really important and there is no longer any room for not striving ahead and making your dream life come true.
We find that these questions deliver the clarity that people need. Things become crystal clear and unlike New Years Eve resolutions, people take positive action and change their lives for the better.
